MAC Contractors is a privately held, family-owned business that has been servicing luxury home builders since 2000. The company is intent on providing subcontracting services that exceed client needs. Since conception, MAC Contractors has worked closely with builders in researching and developing the best, most efficient systems for building. As a result, MAC Contractors maintains a leading edge position with the subcontracting services they provide.

MAC has built a solid reputation as experts in water intrusion prevention in residential structures, one of the most common warranty issues facing homebuilders today. MAC employs over 75 currently, and has expanded to provide full-service, one-stop subcontracting solutions to Florida's leading luxury homebuilder clients.

	Jon MacDonough, General Manager/ Director of Sales Jon started working in the construction industry in Narragansett, Rhode Island, where he is originally from. In 1989, he relocated to Naples, Florida, where he pursued carpentry work in residential structures and later became a state Certified General Contractor. During the 1990's, Jon contributed to a local contracting firm growing it from 8 employees to over 60, in just five years. When personal circumstances allowed, he started MAC Contractors. Today, as General Manager/Director of Sales, Jon oversees all builder relationships and client care as he performs General Management duties and responsibilities.
	Ezio Fabrizi, Director of Operations Ezio grew up in Cranston, Rhode Island where his passion for construction began at a young age, renovating older Victorian Homes. Ezio moved to Florida with his family where he continued his education, earning a Bachelors of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He began his post graduate career, in Naples, Florida as a Project Manager for London Bay Homes for five years. Following that, Ezio began his own contracting firm specializing in coastal construction. He later joined forces with Jon Macdonough to form MAC Contractors. Ezio's experience and intimate understanding as a builder has been instrumental in enabling MAC Contractors to exceed the needs of luxury home builders.
