Jon MacDonough, owner of MAC Contractors began working with Snell Construction in the mid 1990's when he was working with another subcontracting company. When he began MAC Contractors in 2000, he continued that relationship. We have worked with Snell Construction on dozens of large luxury homes in Quail West, Bonita Bay and Miromar Lakes. Primarily this work has involved structural framing, interior framing, window and door installation, and waterproofing.

MAC Contractors started working with A Vernon Allen Builder in 2006. A Vernon Allen Builder is one of the original builders in Naples and primarily works in the Port Royal area. MAC began working with this builder in 2006 and their relationship has expanded since. We have assisted this builder in structural and interior framing. We have installed MQ windows and doors in a new home and also in a replacement job. A Vernon Allen Builder has been very busy meeting the needs of their clients in renovations. MAC has helped in many facets of this work. Working all the way from the careful demolition process to final trim work. We recently completed a dock with the IPE product in Port Royal that the clients were very happy with.

MAC Contractors has been working with London Bay Homes since 2000. We have structurally framed over 50 homes in the past 8 years. In addition we (MAC) worked closely with London Bay to develop improved standards of waterproofing throughout the building envelope. We also have worked with their architectural department closely to help determine ways to minimize plan discrepancies. We also have installed several different brand of window and doors, entry doors, sliding glass doors, and nano doors in their homes. We have incorporated our waterproofing systems with these installs. Our trim carpenters have installed much of the beautiful exterior wood trims on their "California style" homes. In addition we have assisted this builder with warranty work with their clients. In 2007, MAC worked on replacing the window and door units to impact on the Lianna model in Mediterra.
