Problem: A multi-million dollar Florida luxury home suffered severe damage due to improper installation of windows, doors and
other openings, lack of sub-grade waterproofing and inadequate maintenance—in need of remediation

What we did:

• Forensics: MAC assessed the situation by performing comprehensive forensics including water testing, moisture readings and visual inspections


• Remediation: Quarantined all effected areas per required mold remediation protocol. Removed all water damaged and mold infested materials


• Resolution: Replaced windows and doors that were installed incorrectly and/or poorly protected from water intrusion. Executed rigorous testing confirming all issues were rectified


• Reconstruction: Returned all finishes back to original condition. Assisted and educated home owner with proactive home maintenance check list

Results: News of experience among happy homeowners led to good relations and additional business within the community
